While I was hesitant about the price initially, the complimentary cooked breakfast and free parking made the £55 worth every penny! We particularly loved the attentive service from the staff, with a special shout-out to Gilbert, who made us feel genuinely welcomed and even checked in on my wife when she wasn't feeling well. The clean and tidy rooms were equipped with all the essentials, including free WiFi and tea/coffee facilities, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the nearby shops and restaurants. I'd happily return for the charming hospitality and convenient location; The Talbot definitely has my seal of approval for pet-friendly travels along the British coast!
